On January 16, 2024, The “Kyushu University Quantum Native Cultivating Research Symposium” was held. [Co-sponsored by the Leading Human Resources Development Fellowship Project (Quantum Field) and Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP)]

The aim of the symposium is discovering and training outstanding human resources in order to make Kyushu University a new base for quantum technology in Japan. We had four external speakers and three speakers from QCSC, and they gave lectures understandable even for beginners in the quantum field. There were a total of 70 participants from both inside and outside Kyushu University, and a lively discussion took place.
